We would require the signing of a single issue services contract. That would contain the quote, agreed upon hourly rate, number of plus tier of the technician(s) sent, when the work was performed with start/stop times, where, itemized list of work performed, if possible a resolution to the ticket and when payment would be due which baring special circumstances is on completion of services rendered with all equipment/software being paid for upfront.
